Gdansk Lech Walesa Airport (GDN) is approximately 12 kilometres north of the Gdansk city centre. You have three good options to reach the centre:

• Bus 210 (PKM) The direct and cheapest option: runs every 30 minutes from the airport to the central station (Gdansk Glowny) in approximately 35 minutes. A ticket costs approximately 4.80 PLN (approximately 1.10 euros). The bus also stops at the PKM railway station and in Wrzeszcz.
• SKM/PKM train Runs from the airport station to Wrzeszcz, where you transfer to the SKM train to Gdansk Glowny. Price approximately 6 PLN (approximately 1.40 euros). Total journey time approximately 30 to 40 minutes. Also useful if you want to continue to Sopot or Gdynia.
• Taxi or ride-hailing Approximately 70 to 100 PLN (approximately 17 to 24 euros) to the city centre. Journey time approximately 20 to 30 minutes outside rush hour. Bolt and Uber are active in Gdansk and are typically 20 to 30 percent cheaper than street taxis.
