These terms and conditions apply to the use of the website cheaptrips.nl. By using the site you agree to these terms. Please also read our privacy and cookie policy.

2. Who we are

cheaptrips.nl is operated by CheapTrips.nl, registered at Albertina Agnesstraat 256, 1814 MD Alkmaar, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 84773146. Contact: support@cheaptrips.nl.

3. Our service

Based on your preferences, CheapTrips generates a trip suggestion with a flight indication, a hotel suggestion, a day-by-day itinerary and an indicative total price per person. This is information and inspiration; it is not an offer and not a travel agreement.

4. Prices and availability

All prices shown are indicative and are retrieved in real time from external partners. Prices, availability and conditions can change at any time and are only final at the moment you book with the relevant partner. We do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of the prices shown.

5. Booking happens with third parties

We do not sell trips, flights or hotels ourselves. When you click a book or compare button, you are redirected to an external partner (such as Booking.com, Aviasales/Travelpayouts, Stay22 or Expedia). Any booking is an agreement between you and that partner; their terms and privacy policy then apply.

6. Affiliate disclosure

CheapTrips may receive a commission when you book with a partner via our links. This costs you nothing extra; the price stays the same.

7. Use of the site

You use the site for legitimate, personal purposes. It is not permitted to copy, disrupt or misuse the site or its content in an automated way.

8. Intellectual property

The design, texts, logo and brand name CheapTrips are owned by us or by our licensors. You may not reuse or use them commercially without permission. Shared trip suggestions may be shared while keeping the CheapTrips watermark.

9. Liability

CheapTrips is an information and comparison service and is not liable for the execution of your trip, for price changes, or for damage arising from bookings with external partners. We do our best to keep the information correct and up to date, but cannot guarantee this.

10. Changes

We may adjust these terms and the service from time to time. The most recent version is always on this page.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
