When is the best time to go?

April to June and September are ideal: pleasant weather, lower prices than summer and up to eight hours of sun a day (around 16 degrees in May). The two weeks before Christmas are magical thanks to the Christmas market on the Rynek, though it is cold then. July and August are warm and busiest.
