- Caves of Hercules (around €7.30) Legendary sea caves 14 km outside the city at Cap Spartel. The sea opening resembles the shape of the African continent; best light falls through the cave in early afternoon. Take a grand taxi (around €18 for the car return trip).
- Cap Spartel (free) The cape where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Mediterranean Sea, with breathtaking panoramas and a historic lighthouse. Free to access.
- Grand Socco and Petit Socco (free) The two historic squares form the beating heart of Tangerine life. Walk from Grand Socco through the souks to Petit Socco for the best impression of the city.
