Barcelona-specific booking tips
- Sagrada Familia: book weeks ahead This is the most visited attraction in Spain. Tickets on the official website sell out months in advance in peak season. Book at the same time as your flight.
- Park Guell: time slot required Free park zone vs. visitor zone (entry €10, choose a time slot). The free section is always accessible, but the iconic mosaic terrace requires a ticket. Also sells out in high season.
- La Boqueria: go early The market on the Ramblas is famous but a tourist trap in peak hours. Go before 9am for a local atmosphere and better prices. Alternative: Mercat de Santa Caterina in El Born (quieter, more local).
